Professional Theme Installation

If you have purchased one of CS-Cart themes and you do not want to bother with installing it, we can do a professional installation for you. This service refers to installing a clean copy of the theme.

IMPORTANT!

For us to be able to install the theme, please provide us with the following details, by opening a ticket on our support platfrom www.support.energothemes.com 

1. FTP details: server address, username, password

2. Store Admin details: link to your store admin, username, password

3. The template style that you want to start up with

Once we have all of these details, installation will take place in maximum 24 business hours. You'll receive an email when the installation has been completed.

Please note that the theme installation service refers only to the latest theme version. We do not install older versions of our themes.

The service expires if the above required details are not sent within 30 days from purchase.
