Compatibility info
CS-Cart compatibility:
The current version of VIVAshop Ultimate, version 3.17, is only compatible and may only be used on:
1. CS-Cart 4.18.3 (one CS-Cart instalaltion with one single storefront URL )
2. CS-Cart Ultimate 4.18.3 (unlimited storefront URLs under one single CS-Cart installation)
Please note that VIVAshop Ultimate can NOT be used on Multi-Vendor or Multi-Vendor Ultimate. For these, VIVAshop Multi-Vendor needs to be used.
Multi-Vendor compatibility:
The current version of VIVAshop Multi-Vendor, version 3.17, is only compatible and may only be used on:
1. Multi-Vendor 4.18.3 (one Multi-Vendor instalaltion with one single storefront URL )
2. Multi-Vendor Ultimate 4.18.3 (unlimited storefront URLs under one single Multi-Vendor installation)
Please note that VIVAshop Multi-Vendor can NOT be used on CS-Cart or CS-Cart Ultimate. For these, VIVAshop Ultimate needs to be used.
Cross browser compatibility:
VIVAshop Ultimate/VIVAshop Multi-Vendor is comaptible with all major modern browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, Opera.
Compatibility with third party add-ons and/or third party customizations:
We do not ensure compatibiliy with any third party add-ons and/or third party customizations, which were not developed by us. For any issues related to any third party add-ons/customizations, you will need to contact the third party developer(s) for assistance. We only guarantee and support full compatibility with our own add-ons, the ones that we have developed and included in the VIVAshop Ultimate/VIVAshop Multi-Vendor theme package.
